olahraga apa yang paling kalian sukaaaaa? trus kenapa?

kalo gw:

paling suka renang, alasannya karena gw suka maen aer... trus buat gw, itu adalah cara terbaik menghilangkan stress...
ditambah, salah satu cara bertemu orang2 baru (yah kecuali loe punya kolam renang sendiri di rumah)... khususnya bertemu cowok2 ganteng :p

sekedar info, gw paling suka liat cowok di kolam renang.
mereka keliatan so sexy and cute... ;)

selaen renang, gw suka aerobic striptease.
kata iklaaan seeh... aerobic striptease membentuk tubuh lebih baik dari aerobic laennya, dan juga secara psikologis meningkatkan tingkat penerimaan cewek terhadap tubuhnya sendiri.

wakakkaka... mo nanya, aerobic striptease tu brarti areobicnya sambil ga pake baju?

kalo Icha sukanya umm basket ama sepak bola..wakakkakak.... soalnya seru banget, banyak lari, jadi berkeringat, membuat Icha merasa ga sia-sia berolahraga.

Dulu setiap ada pelajaran olahraga di sekolah, Icha dan teman-teman satu geng (waduh pake geng-geng an) langsung semangat minta sepak bola..wakkakak

kalo basket tuh, nyenengin soalnya loncat-loncat wakakka..dan seru banget mainnya, apalagi kalo ama adik yang pemain basket..wakakka...

suka lari malam. ga repot mesti ikutin gerakan instruktur. ga pusing mesti fokus ngarahin pukulan supaya tepat sasaran. ga rebutan bola. pokoknya lari itu cocok banget. bisa dilakuin sendirian sambil dengar musik ataupun berduaan sambil balapan ataupun rame2 pun tetap asyik.

kalo renang, hmm .. dulu sih sewaktu masih kurus, gue lumayan suka tuh, tapi sekarang ogah ah, malas pamer2 lemak hihihihi ... :D

gw sebenernya males olahraga hehehee ^^
jadi lebih milih olahraga yang ga kaya olahraga, misalnya gw suka naik gunung, biking, skating, truss lompat tali hehehehe kaya ga olahraga cuma kasiatnya ampuh boo
gw juga suka sepak bola, cuma ga tahan kalo jd striker, gw lebih milih jadi goal keeper.

Semua Olehraga yang ada tantangan fisik nya aku suka :D
Futsal, Basket, Volley, renang, de el el..
tapi yang paling ku suka tuh Hiking... pa lagi klo ada out bound na gt...
